I got a discount code for being a beta tester, but when I try to redeem it, it says I'm ineligible for the offer.

If this happens to you with the Mac App Store code, go back and request codes again. You should get a fresh code that fixes the issue. This was a configuration error on my part, and I apologize for the inconvenience.
How long do I need to wait to get my code refreshed. It is generating the same code.
Sorry, try one more time. I somehow managed to overwrite the production code with the older codes database.
That worked. Received new code and redeemed discount successfully.
