Will there be upgrade pricing for Marked 3? I downloaded hte setapp version and chose the lifetime license, entered my email from previous versions and the price did not change.

I'm not sure i understand. there's no purchase necessary to use it with a Setapp subscription. But no, rather than dealing with upgrades, both 2 and 3 are available separately and 3 has been released at a 50% discount for everybody.
