Final part of the doc repeated

I have often noticed that the end of the document is repeated and printed twice. Let me know if the attachment and the image make sense. [lorem repeat.md.pdf MarkedConfig.zip lorem.md]

"Preparing" and "Preparing for printing" taking a bit long

Hi Brett, When I click "Print" in the menu bar and then click "Print (⌘P)" again in the dialog box, the preparation steps take a while. Is there any way to improve the speed of this process? Thank you.
