I attempted to grant Marked 3 Full Disk Access; Marked doesn’t appear as an option after multiple attempts.
I’m running the latest macOS 26.3 beta, build 25D5087f.
The only change I made was changing the Markdown processor to Kramdown.

You have to manually add Marked to the list. Click the + at the bottom of the Full Disk Access list and select Marked.app from your Applications folder. Let me know if you have any issues with that.
