Hi,
I installed Marked QL from App Store on Tahoe 26.5.1, but I can't get it to work. File extension .md. The preview screen is still just the raw text no Marked button.

Did you check out https://markedapp.com/ql/troubleshooting ?
Tons of people are having issues, one of the most common is that iA Writer rewrites the UTI for Markdown files into something Marked doesn't recognize (net.ia.markdown). You can see this with mdls path/to/file.md if that's the case. I'm waiting for MAS review to release a fix for this.
