Marked QL enable

Did you check out https://markedapp.com/ql/troubleshooting ?

Tons of people are having issues, one of the most common is that iA Writer rewrites the UTI for Markdown files into something Marked doesn't recognize (net.ia.markdown). You can see this with mdls path/to/file.md if that's the case. I'm waiting for MAS review to release a fix for this.

I tried all the troubleshooting for hours and just gave up after I read about iA Writer changing the UTI for all markdown files. I'll wait and try Marked QL again if this one gets fixed. Super annoying when apps change what's essentially a global configuration for its own purposes.
