Local links no longer work in Marked 3

Hi,

I have local markdown files. I had links to other local markdown files.
These worked great on Marked 2, but since version 3 they no longer work.
(current version 3.0.13 (1140)).

If you click the link, the title bar changes to the linked page, but it doesn't display. Instead, you have to click refresh, and then the linked page displays.

This should be fixed in the next build after these changes ship. Workaround until then: ⌘R (Refresh) after following a local link, or use Open In New Window from the link menu.
