After you get into Marked 3's help window, clicking on any of the links that don't go to the current page launches Marked 2's help window for the topic.
I'm guessing it's just because they use the same URL schemem e.g., x-marked://help/Multi-File_Documents.
That is correct. Marked 3 has a unique x-marked-3 URL handler, but the help is shared between Marked 2 and Marked 3. The easy solution is to uninstall Marked 2... I'll consider adding a build path that embeds x-marked-3 links into the Marked 3 help.
There is a lot of Marked 3 help that doesn't apply to Marked 2. Tons of new features. Which really would justify having a separate handler for Marked 3. I'll work on it.
Are the actual contents for the help different between the two versions?
I plan to eventually uninstall Marked 2, but I'm still getting Marked 3 set up. :)
I've updated the build script for the next release to use x-marked-3 on Marked 3's documentation to avoid this issue.
