Installed Version 3.2.7 (1224) -- Lost normal md formatting

I just installed the upgrade and files that went from displaying as normal markdown, went displaying running text--it doesn't seem to be parsing markdown.

What do yo uhave selected for Default Processor under Settings->Processor?
