Unable to render callouts

Question

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong. I have not see Marked 3 render any of my call outs. Using the MacApp store edition.

Using Obisdian style markdown.

Are you using any Custom Rules or anything that would interfere with Marked's built-in processing?

No custom rules, using Lopash style.
