Of the entire document? The problem is that those line numbers don't necessarily line up with line numbers in the source text, so it seems somewhat pointless. Do you have a use case for this?
Yes, entire document - Mostly for AI markdown docs. i realize that many formatted docs may not line up with source, but most simply formatted docs should I think -- which is why it would be best as an option, clearly many would not find it helful.
