v2 - v3 -- Where did the include JS setting go?

Question

I Marked 2 I use to be able to specify a JS script to include when rendering the HTML, I don't see the option at all anymore, I think it was under style?

See Processors->Custom Rules. You now have much more flexibility when adding JS, either from files, CDNs, or inline.
