Hi

Marked QL version 1.03 installed. Marked 3 3.1.12 installed

About window in Marked QL app doesn't match images in App Store

I have deleted and redownload Marked QL twice. Can't get my installation to match App Store images

I had to remove the Open in Marked button to get through app review. Other changes just reflect the evolving nature of the app. I'll update the screenshots soon, but what you show is exactly what you should see for 1.0.3. It will change further with the 1.0.4 release.
