I'm using iA Writer for long form writing. Is it possible to keep the footnotes on the same page during PDF export? I'm unable to figure it out, and thus end up with many pages of footnotes only at the bottom.

This is a planned feature. I have most of the scaffolding for it in place but got stuck on some frustrating pagination issues. You're there first person to request it since Marked 3 was released, so I had put it on the back burner. Will take another look at it.
