I'm trying to preview callouts in Marked 2, but they aren't rendering with MultiMarkdown or Discount (GFM) processors. The syntax I'm using is:
> [!NOTE]
> This is a note.
I'd expect them to render like they do on github.
Is there something I'm doing wrong? If not, could Marked 2 please add support for callouts?
Callouts are not on the roadmap for Marked 2 (it won't be seeing many new features, just maintenance to keep it running). All variations of callouts are working on Marked 3.
Awesome @brett! Where can I buy Marked 3?
It's not officially released yet. You can try it out today though by signing up at https://markedapp.com/join-the-beta. I'm hoping to have it released in a matter of weeks.
