Error(?) Badge disclosure

Viewed 11

When I preview in Marked, I occasionally see lines with a colored badge with a number in it - sometimes solid, sometimes circles. I assume this means there is a validation error in the underlying markdown, but I cannot figure out how to determine what the error is within Marked. I'm not sure if this is a bug or a not fully implemented feature. My feature request is to add a mouse-over or double-click option to disclose the issue. An example is includedVendor Questionaire Error

No, not errors! Those are diff markers showing where the file was most recently edited. Version 2 just showed 1 horizontal line at the point of the first edit in the file. Version 3 can show all diffs and allow navigation between them using keyboard shortcuts, so you can quickly jump to the points you're editing while switching between your editor and Marked. In Settings you can disable all diffs, only show one diff, and change the order of the markers (ascending vs descending).

Maybe they shouldn't be red? I hadn't considered that they might be interpreted as errors, red seemed like the right color to indicate an edit (and is what v2 used).

Ah. That makes sense - Yes, I would suggest a different color (no pun intended) or way to make it clear what the disclosure is referring to.

thanks

I'll take that under consideration, appreciate the feedback!
