When I publish a document whose first paragraph (right under the H1) starts with something like Note: or First span:, the heading and that paragraph disappear from the rendered page. The Raw download still has them, so they're being lost at render time.
Minimal repro — publish this:
# Leading paragraph test
Note: this paragraph begins with a word and a colon.
Second paragraph, with no colon.
Expected: heading and both paragraphs render. Actual: only the second paragraph shows.
A Word: paragraph later in the document renders normally, and a document whose first paragraph doesn't start with a colon pattern retains its heading. Could it be that the renderer is interpreting a leading key-colon paragraph as a MultiMarkdown metadata block and consuming the H1 as the document title? (Reading style doesn't matter — same result under Swiss and Editorial.)
Example: https://markedb.in/bc2v8 starts with First span: under the H1, and both lose the heading and that paragraph. I also published a dedicated test file with Note: as the opening word on 6 September and got the same result.
Minor related thing: the og:description meta tag strips out the backticked text entirely, so it reads "First span: . Second span: ." instead of showing the code span content.
