code highlighting broken in Marked 3.2.4 (1218) with Kramdown and Discount processors?

Hey there,

Thanks for your awesome software!

It seems that (at least in my configuration), code highlighting does not work with Kramdown and Discount processors.

Here's an example that, to my knowledge (and with other renderers) works:

```html
<a></a>
```

What I see is

html <a> </a>

with no formatting at all. This is true for any identifier I tried (sh, txt, java, ...)

I added my
MarkedConfig.zip for you to see if I do something wrong...

PS: I'm on the setapp branch.

I found it!

it is the Obsidian-preprocessor I installed ages ago for Marked 2:

https://github.com/voostindie/obsidian-md-filter

It got migrated to Marked 3 and seems to mess with the file in a non-obvious way.
when I turn it off, all files render correctly.
Thanks for looking into it and sorry for the noise :)

Not sure what's going on here. Testing with that code snippet (and any other code snippet) in combination with your config gives me properly highlighted results. Could you attach the actual document you're seeing this in so I can check for gremlins or other issues that might throw some processors but not others?
