Links in Obsidian not working

I want internal links in Obisidian both to be visible and to work in Marked.

Turn on wiki linking.

As long as you set the correct default extension, if the files exist in the same directory, they'll link. This is not actual Markdown, it's a specific syntax used by Obsidian and other linking apps. Marked implements it, but don't expect the links to work elsewhere.

Wiki linking was turned on and default extension was set to md when I produced the screenshots above. The problem persists even for links pointing to other notes included in the same vault.
