// Description of the issue:

When macos is in darkmode (marked 2 also starts in darkmode). The bottom toolbar switches to light mode sometimes when you activate the highlight drawer. Although not entirely because the current theme text is still shown as white, and very hard to read. I think the whole UI should be consistent in darkmode.

// Please enter a list of steps required to reproduce the issue
// Steps to reproduce:

  1. Be in dark mode
  2. Click on the Highlight bottom toolbar item
  3. The highlight options drawer is in light mode
  4. closing the drawer, leaves the whole bottom toolbar background in light mode

// If applicable please attach a sample document that causes the issue for you.

This seems to happen with any document.
