Typing in Drafts, then viewing streaming preview, this shows at top:

Help doc "Declaring the Source Application" says apps can declare as source usually using a comment as in:

Where does the problem lie, in Marked or in Drafts?
Good question. It seems to be happening when "strip multimarkdown headers" is off and you're not using MultiMarkdown, so this is a bug in Marked. For now, just turn on "Strip MultiMarkdown headers" in Settings->Advanced and the issue should go away while I look into it.
