Low contrast of Mermaid elements in dark mode

Mermaid diagram rendering requires adjustment.
Some elements, such as arrows and labels, lack sufficient contrast and merge with the background in dark mode.

I don't exert any control over Mermaid's colors. I'm not even sure I can do that, will have to check.

Update: got this solved for the next release, tying a dark mode signifier to the mermaid conversion with an update hook so it switches instantly when changing modes.
