New windows in Marked 2

I foolishly selected the option to open new linked documents in the same folder, and I chose the option not to prompt again. Now I cannot reset this. I’ve even used AppCleaner to totally wipe out the app and all related plist shenanigans, and reinstalled, but I still cannot reset it.

Can you tell me how to reset it, or failing that, how to navigate back to the previous document?

In Settings->General, at the bottom there's a "Reset Alerts" button that should reset to asking you again. But more specifically, in Settings->Apps you can define this directly with the "Links to text files..." setting at the top.
