I have often noticed that the end of the document is repeated and printed twice. Let me know if the attachment and the image make sense.

Could you please attach the Markdown file that generated this, as well as the zip file created by Help->Report an Issue?
You should be able to just use padding-right on the #wrapper element, and you can use !important on only padding-right. Only padding-bottom and margin-bottom shouldn't be overridden.

One other thing, looks like you have a custom style in use, as well. So first, does this issue occur with all styles? If so, then no need to attach, but if not, then I'd like to test with your style.
