Using newly downloaded Marked 2

Love the improved functionality. Particularly Critic Markup. Couple of knee-jerk responses.

1. Is there a way to access the CSS style sheets, to tweak the styles, which have changed a little from version 1. In particular, could I import those that I prefer from earlier version? ——— **ok, since resolved via Knowledge base article** ———
2. Would you consider allowing option to turn Critic Markup functionality on and off via the *Additional Functions* menu, without having to go via Preferences pane?
3. The embed <--ToC max2--> functionality worked on preview, but decidedly didn't seem to on export to paginated PDF. Will continue to test with other options.

Trust this is useful feedback.

    1. I don’t allow custom stylesheets to interfere with default elements. If you want to put a vote in for a style change, though, I’m happy to consider it. Just trying to match some Mavericks design changes.

    2. The very next update that comes out will have the ability to toggle CriticMarkup on and off per-document, as well as the ability to detect whether it’s used in the current document and automatically enable/disable.

    3. That’s odd. I’ll test.
