Project of files drawer
Allow a group of documents to be added to a "project" so they can be organized together. Example: If the user enters a directory, Marked would scan that directory and X levels deep for Markdown documents. The resulting list would be exposed within the app for quick switching (if open) or to open the document. This is similar to the TOC list but that uses the OS to build the organizational structure and list of files.

Interesting idea, and one that I'll consider.
You know about the folder watcher? If you drag a folder onto Marked, it will automatically watch the most recently-edited file. Not the same as a project manager, I know, but a start in that direction.
