Place footnotes where they're needed when exporting to paginated PDFs
It would be nice if footnotes would appear on the page where they're called when exporting to paginated PDFs. As it is, the reader is forced to shuffle around between the end of the document and where the footnote exists, and they'll have to manually scan for where they were in the document before reading the footnote.
Ulysses does this when exporting to PDFs, but I'd prefer to use the superior styles in Marked.

This isn't currently possible with Marked's PDF export engine, but it's
on the roadmap for the future.
