Add an option to hide/show status bar

Hi,

Could you considering adding an option to hide status bar?

Pure reading window would provide a more enjoyable experience for readers.

Thanks for this wonderful app!

I'd really like to this feature added as well.

It'd be nice to get a pure reading view in disable the top menu bar and the bottom status bar.
