Suggestion re docs: mention `nohighlight` for disabling syntax highlighting, at http://marked2app.com/help/For_Programmers.html

This is a follow-up to http://support.markedapp.com/discussions/questions/5270-github

(As an aside: http://marked2app.com/help/For_Programmers.html mentions options on the "Behavior" pane (tab), but Marked 2 has no such tab, and the options referenced are (now) either on the Processor tab or the Style tab.)

   Thank you, I'll update the docs. There was a major restructuring of the
   preference pane and I've done a piecemeal job of getting the docs fixed.
