Copy as HTML: convert curly quotes to entities
It would be nice if I could work with actual “curly quotes” in my Markdown document, and then have Marked convert those into HTML entities (“/&rdquo/&slqduo;/&srquo;) when I do a Copy as HTML.
I know it’s an easy search-and-replace, but it would be a nice touch.

If you just use "dumb" quotes, Marked will not only smarten them, but do the entity conversion as well.
