Section folding

Hi,

I have a quick feature request...

I've started using Marked, with a custom parser that just has a few very simple preprocessing steps, as my 1st choice method for a daily scratchpad with todos and basic tags.

One thing I'm missing is a way to fold away parts of the document that aren't currently relevant. It would be great if there could be section folding (using jQuery?) as an option in Marked.
