Pretty rendering of CSV and TSV files

Hi. There's not a particularly good CSV (comma separated values) or TSV (tab separated values) viewer for Mac OS. It would be fantastic if Marked 2 could fill this niche. I'm not looking for anything fancy, just rendering a simple table. I very often work with Markdown and CSV/TSV files at the same time. Markdown for the report, and CSV/TSV for the data.

Thanks!
Shaun
