MediaWiki syntax support

MediaWiki is not Markdown, granted, but it's a popular markup format that has the same goals as Markdown: simple, intuitive, powerful formatting.

MediaWiki formatting is more familiar to me, and I already have a bunch of text files that I format with this syntax. I'd love for Marked 2 to support this.

    I've never found a command line processor for this. Technically, if
    there is one, Marked already supports it. Just haven't seen one that's
    not web-based.
