Feature request: Optionally don't use Scrivener's file names as headers

Scrivener has what it calls a binder full of (logical) files; the actual text of a full Scrivener document is the content of those files.

When Marked2 displays a .scriv file, it displays the file names as level 1 headings. This is problematic if the file content already starts with a level 1 heading: the Marked2 output then shows two level 1 headings for every logical file.

Feature request: could you please add an option to Marked2, to ignore Scrivener file names?

Thank you,
/rb

    Aaarrrrrggghhhhhhh!!!

    Sorry.

Maybe add a different feature: make prefs searchable like they are in System Preferences?

    Thanks much,
