Ignore Meta-Data header from Scrivener documents
Marked automatically includes Scrivener document titles as headers, if the appropriate setting is on. Often, the first document is called Meta-Data, and it is only meant to include the multimarkdown metadata. Marked then cannot strip the metadata because there is a header before it.
