Keep Headers with following paragraphs when printing
When I print (PDF) I frequently have paragraphs where the header is on the previous page, it would be nice if it would somehow be possible to couple paragraphs and their headers.

This isn't feasible beyond the option that forces h2s to begin new pages (under print settings). You can do similar by setting a custom CSS style to add page-break-before:always to h3, h4, etc., but then every header will begin a new page.
