When I export to html using my own style sheet the generated css has Marked appended css added to it (#wrapper, #mkreplaced-toc, #generated-toc-clone, etc - see attached file). How do I prevent Marked generating this so that the output only includes my css?

Marked loads base styles in the preview, so it includes those in the
export so that the result looks the same in the export as it does in the
preview window. If you only want your own CSS, it would be better to
export HTML without the style and add a link to an external stylesheet.
