Hide elements in RTF
Is it possible to hide documents elements in the RTF render. For example in my HTML render I have some things set to hidden (I use code tags as a poor mans critic markup) and I want them hidden in the output document.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Can you describe exactly what markup and CSS you're using? The RTFD
export does a better job of respecting such things than the RTF export,
but Copy Rich Text will not do well with hidden elements.
