Interface sounds
There is a "ping" sound effect when Marked refreshes its
rendering (Right? It's not just me?!).
It's very annoying for me - how do I disable it? Thanks!

The only sound that Marked will ever make is a system error beep. That
only happens in circumstances where it was unable to accomplish
something that isn't fatal, but needs to be recognized. Those cases
mostly involve:
1. Opening files with .html extensions when settings aren't configured
for them
2. When it tries to open a folder but gets an error finding the most
recently modified file of configured types.
Do either of those situations apply?

It's safe to rule out 1, as I'm editing a .md file. So that leaves 2, and I reckon it must have been a system error sound. I wasn't able to reproduce it after I restarted Marked and my Markdown editors. I suspect it was related to having the file open in two editors at the same time.
