URL Scheme?
Hi,
I've searched through this site, but no mention of URL schemes. I am hoping to find a way to open a file via Marked from a link, similar to the way nvALT supports this feature with nvalt://etc.etc.
Use case is something like Omnifocus. I have embedded links to several files in nvALT in tasks as "reference notes." For many of these files, I'd rather see them in Marked than nvALT, so would be nice to have a one-step means of opening them that way.
Thanks!

I'm not saying no to implementing a url handler, but for now you can
always right click file links in OmniFocus and choose Open With, and you
can set Marked as the default app for .md files and use right click if
you want to open them in something else. Does that help?

Yeah, that does help, thanks! This is great for Omnifocus.
I can still see a use in apps that don't implement file links the way OF does (e.g., apps that just use file:/// to open things) when I don't want to set Marked as default for .md, but my main use case is OF, so your solution solves my main issue.

I agree. Like I said, not saying no to the idea, just not making it top
priority yet :).
