Full width background image

I'd like to create a letterhead style that contains a full width header. I'd like the margins in the settings to affect the text, but not the background image. Here's the CSS of my style (it's based off of the default Swiss style with pieces taken from Hiltmon's letterhead markdown style.

Thanks!

In your example I don't see anything that implies a full-width header or
that is cut off or indented. Can you show me a screenshot of what you're
getting when you try to use it?

I've attached two screenshots, both of the print dialogue. The one that has default margins in the settings affects the header (background image). Thanks!

Oh, you're talking about print margins. No, you can't overflow the
system print margins. You can adjust your CSS to replicate the margins
and then set all print margins to 0.

I should also mention that most printers won't allow you to print full
    bleed, either.

Thanks Brett, sorry for not making that clear at the outset. Our printer here does full bleed, but more often then not I "print" PDFs to send to applicants. Thanks, I'll work on the CSS. Appreciate your time.
