Hyperlinks Not Retained When Exporting to Word

When exporting a Markdown file to Word (.docx), Marked does not retain any hyperlinks.

While hyperlinked text is highlighted, there are no actual links.

Thankfully, you can still copy as rich text (via Edit > Copy Rich Text, but it would be preferable to have hyperlinks retained when exporting to Word.

   Hi Nate,

   This is a known issue. The RTF export system is being totally rewritten
   right now with far better functionality.
