Unclosed quotation marks cause tables to format incorrectly

Hello,

Marked seems to produce unexpected output when there is an unclosed quotation mark in a table cell and smart typography is enabled. See the attached input file for an example. If I check `Disable "smart" typography` in the options or use an HTML code (e.g., `"`) in place of the quote character I get the expected table output. For what it is worth, I also see this behavior in the nvALT preview pane.
