pdf links not live

Links don't work in the PDF saved version of a document at all. Can't click on them. They're styled (according to my stylesheet), just not clickable. Both 1.3.1 and 1.3.2 have this problem (or feature)?

I'm guessing this is because the PDF stuff is really just a "print-to-disk" convenience and why would you want live links on a printed page? Nevertheless, it would be a cool feature to have, if possible.

Saving to HTML works just create, though.

Here's an interesting bit: when I save to HTML, then load in Safari, then print -> save PDF, I get pagination! (But still no links.)

It's a known issue with webkit (same happens in Safari). I'm working on a revamped print system that avoids this, but it will be a bit.
