FirstDiff marker in multicolumn layout malfunctioning.

After the 1.4.1 update, the FirstDiff marker appears to be malfunctioning. Here, I am using my custom modern.css but it is also the case with the stock modern.css. Screencast: http://cl.ly/OLGF.

Thanks Brett. I will keep an eye.
(The most recent 1.4.2 (227) build did fix Github css but not modern.css.)
