PDF output not paginated at all

I've created a relatively long markdown document (attached) which should produce a PDF of 3-4 pages of A4, depending on style. However, when I select "Select Preview as PDF" the file that's produced just has one single page, which is very very long. It's also attached.

Choosing "Print Preview" produces something more expected, though it suffers from defaulting to landscape that has already been mentioned here as a separate issue. (And no, selecting "Page Setup ..." in some other app such as TextEdit doesn't fix this.)

The same happens with all the styles I've tried (Swiss, Antique and Custom Example). I'm running v1.3.1 (177) on Mac OS X 10.7.2.

I'm working on improving PDF output, but it's an uphill battle. I hope to have more detailed page setup options, as well as header/footer options in the next release.

I have the same problem so I eagerly wait on your solution Bret ;-0)

@JC - I found an easy workaround by "Printing" to PDF on my Mac. It produces the desired output nicely.

+1, didn't realise there was no pagination at all!

Thanks for the workaround Jaap - maybe the export function could just go to a system-level save-as-pdf feature, Brett? (that's easier to type than implement, I'm sure.)

    Hey Brett,
I have the same pagination problem/request for pagination support when saving as a PDF (⇧⌘P). I too found the same ⌘P>Save as PDF... workaround as Jaap. I tried using @MacSparky's keyboard shortcut technique (http://www.macsparky.com/blog/2008/3/19/keyboard-shortcut-for-save-...), but Marked brings up another Print window. Is that normal or do I have something wrong with my setup? I'm running Marked Version 1.4 (221) on OS X 10.7.4

    Thanks,
    Chris

Version 1.5 has a direct paginated PDF output and some minimal print setup functionality. I'll be working to improve that further as I'm able.

Thanks Brett, look forward to it!

Also, it shouldn't say 'support staff'. It should say 'The Man'.
