No auto-refresh on mounted volumes?
I recently purchased Marked, which I like a lot so far, but I've encountered an issue with auto-refreshing on mounted volumes.
Specifically, I often use Transmit's Disk feature to mount a server as a volume in the Finder and then edit the files on the server directly with TextMate. When doing so, if I open a Markdown file in Marked in the usual way, the auto-refresh feature doesn't seem to work at all (not sure if my terminology is right, but I mean the feature that updates Marked's display whenever the corresponding Markdown file is saved).
Manually refreshing works fine, but that's obviously less convenient.

I believe `rmate` uses the netcat command to stream the edits over the ssh connection, so there's not a true local copy stored. Thus, the filesystem doesn't send change notifications the way it would if the file were locally created.
