Parsing sublists based on spaces
Two space indents should properly format as a next level indent such as:
- level 1
- level 1
- level 2
- level 3
I saw this addressed before (http://support.markedapp.com/discussions/problems/21-sub-lists-not-...) and the answer was basically "use more spaces". Is this really that difficult to properly fix?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

I do not write the rendering engines. So, yes. The next version will have
the option to use Discount, which will fill your needs.
