Search in HTML with some bugs

Searching inside the HTML preview is the killer feature for me, because I use Markdown files for all my knowledge collection. Typically I open my files first in Marked and just in case I have to change something I do the Ctrl-E to open an editor. So I do extensive search inside the HTML window, and this seems a bit unreliable.
There is a file containing i.e. this markdown source line:

  **Network and SAN Troubleshooting Guides:**

Search will find every portion of this sentence except the word "Trouble" or "Troubleshooting". There are some more occurrences of the word in the text, it is not found. I copied the word from the text into the search box to exclude typos.
It also seems that words in heading lines like

  #### Solution/Product Interoperability Matrix Tool:
  ### Organisatorisches

are not found. None of these words is found.

Yep, looks like there are some bugs. The search right now is kind of pathetic, and I hope to beef it up soon. I did find that using ⌘G after running a search for any of those words would actually find them, but I'm not sure yet why they're not highlighting on first run.

    I'll be working on this.
