rbenv support
I've specified "rbenv exec kramdown" (both with and without quotes) as "Custom Markdown Processor" but Marked is still using MultiMarkdown.
Looks like a bug to me... Any chance you can fix this soon?

Not sure what happened to my first reply here, but here's what it said:
Marked needs a full UNIX path, and doesn't accept arguments in the custom processor field. You need to set this up as an executable script that reads from ARGF and then enter the complete path to the script as the custom processor.
This probably isn't going to change. It's an advanced option and piping to and reading from shell scripts offers more flexibility than I could feasibly work into the preferences.
