Validate External Links reports "Forbidden" on everything
In Marked 2, when I run "Validate External Links" (something I do all the time) it reports "Forbidden" on everything (see attached image). The links open just fine when I click on them and these same files validate just fine in Marked. I tried changing from MultiMarkdown to Discount to a custom processor but I get the same results.

Well, that is actually what the server returns:
$ curl -LI http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=GS16485797
HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
Date: Thu, 26 Sep 2013 17:31:46 GMT
Server: Apache-Coyote/1.1
Content-Type: text/html;charset=utf-8
Content-Length: 964
Vary: Accept-Encoding
Not much I can do about that, I'm afraid.

It's curious that those links all validate just fine in the original version of Marked.

Actually, Marked 1.4 didn't have the extra check for the 403 that Marked 2 does. It basically assumed anything that wasn't a 404 or a 500 was ok (a little smarter than that, but essentially…). The Yellow warning state in Marked 2 indicates that there may be a server at the end of the link, but it's returning an improper response, which is exactly what the autodesk server is doing. I honestly have no idea why they would be doing that.

Well, I know those links are shortened and redirect to a fully qualified URL but even if I replace the shortened link with the full link I get the same results. Too bad. I guess I'll be keeping both versions of Marked as this is an operation I need to do all the time.
Thanks for checking.
